For busy parents, finding reliable care for your children can add to the daily stress of balancing work and family responsibilities. That’s why iHeart Community Care offers a structured after- school program that caters to children with disabilities. Our activities focus on social interaction, skill enhancement, and community belonging.

After School Activities

We provide safe, supervised care in Denman Prospect and Belconnen from 3 PM to 6 PM on school days, with optional transport services. Your child’s safety and enjoyment are our top priorities as they engage in enriching educational activities.

Our After School Care can be funded through the NDIS core support budget and capacity-building funds, or paid for privately.
